The episode starts with Mihir impressed with Gautam with his heart touching speech for parents and Mihir indirectly asks Gautam to stay with them.

The judge concludes a child needs a mother most but in this case Mitali doesn’t prove to be a good mother and that’s why she gives the custody of Timsi to Ritik with full power and full authority. The Virani’s are happy and Ritik thanks Gautam. Mihir tells Gautam he has saved the family from getting shattered and just then Mihir gets a call. Mihir brings everyone back home to give a surprise to them and Gautam is surprised to see Damini and Nakul. Everyone is happy to see Damini and Nakul. Damini and Nakul meet and greet everyone. Mihir tells Gautam he is settling the scores and Damini tells Gautam they are back in Shantiniketan. Damini tells Gautam they want to stay with the family and that they came with just a phone call. Nakul tells Gautam this surprise is not for him and Dadu wants to give this surprise to Dadi maa. Mihir requests Gautam to come back home for his mother and Gautam agrees to stay with them. Mihir welcomes Tulsi and he takes the aarti for Tulsi. Gayatri tells Tulsi she is everything to this house and Nandini tells Tulsi she has saved the house. Gayatri tells Tulsi this belongs to her and Tulsi asks everyone about any messed up without her information. Everyone tells Tulsi everything is fine and Mihir tells Tulsi they have a surprise for her. Suddenly Tulsi sees Nakul and Damini coming to her and Damini tells Tulsi they are back home. Tulsi gets emotional and Tulsi asks for Gautam. Damini tells Tulsi that Gautam has gone for some work and they will stay with them. Sobha asks Tulsi to order the food and Tulsi wants to make the Gujarati food for her family reunion. Tulsi keeps the papers beside Thakur ji and thanks him for saving the reputation of Baa and Bapu ji.

Tulsi changes the plate from the kitchen and just then Tulsi gets hurt when she sees the painting of Mihir. Tulsi goes to the doctor where she sees Noina in the hospital and she sees blood on her hands while she is coughing. Suchi tells Tulsi that Noina is suffering from blood cancer and she will not survive for more than 2 months. Suchi tells Tulsi that Noina will go far forever and Tulsi learns that Noina has been diagnosed with blood cancer. The doctor tells Tulsi that Noina refuses to take Kemo and Noina asks Tulsi to get more information from her. Noina tells Tulsi she is getting punished for her sins and Tulsi serves her a glass of water. Noina tells Tulsi she wishes Gautam tells them about her earlier and their separation can be stopped. Tulsi tells Noina to take rest and Noina tells Tulsi she is not doing any drama. Noina tells Tulsi she deserves this and she is getting paid for her sins. Tulsi tells Noina she has many reasons to hate her but she can’t curse her and Noina apologises to Tulsi. Noina starts coughing and Tulsi asks Noina what she can do for her. Noina asks Tulsi for a favour and her last wish because she believes only she could do it. Tulsi tells Noina whatever she can do she will try and she leaves from there.

Tulsi thinks about the past incident and her eyes are full of tears.

Angad and Vrinda are Ram and Sita. Dada sends Nandu at the factory to keep an eye and Nandu sees a lock on the gate. Nandu sees all the men who were in the jhaki are now in the factory and he feels suspicious. Nandu calls Dada and explains to him about the suspicious. Dada tells Nandu to go inside to check what happens and Vrinda wants to know who is behind this truth. Angad asks Vrinda what they can do now and they can’t take this rath to the factory.

Nandu applies colours on his face so that he gets the entry at the factory and Nandu tells the man he is part of the work. Nandu gets allowed in the factory and he sees Thakur is stealing the consignment but Nandu could see anything he got attacked from behind. Thakur is worried now and he tells him to disappear Nandu. Suddenly Thakur learns that the Jhaki come inside the factory and Vrinda and Angad steps down inside the factory. Dada is impressed with this initiative done by Vrinda and Vrinda wants Ram Ji’s blessings on the factory. Bharti is jealous of Vrinda.

Ramesh sees Angad and Vrinda entering the factory. Suddenly Vrinda sees the boxes and she asks Dada who has kept the boxes at the back gate. Mangal keeps the boxes on the van and proceeds the delivery. Thakur’s plan fails and they try to figure out Nandu but Nandu fights with them bravely. Nandu runs to inform Vrinda about the scam but he could say anything he fainted and Thakur is worried. Everyone brings Nandu inside the factory and they try to wake him up. Dada asks Nandu what happens and Nandu tells everyone about the scam. Angad asks Nandu who was there in the factory and Nandu tells them he hasn’t seen anyone. Thakur thinks they are saved now and Nandu tells Vrinda about the hera pheri. Thakur creates doubts on everyone’s mind and Dada asks Thakur what he wants to say. Thakur and Dada start arguing and Dada tells Thakur that his men are involved in this scam.
