The episode starts with Avantika calling the kidnapper and scolding him because Aarambhi and Dhruv chased him. Avantika asks the kidnapper what would have happened if he had been caught. The kidnapper asks Avantika not to worry and tells her that he will not be seen again. He says that now that he has received the money, he will return to his village. Avantika asks the kidnapper not to call her again, and he agrees.
Aarambhi comes outside Avantika’s room and notices that she is talking to someone on the phone. Aarambhi suspects that Avantika is the mastermind behind Vihaan’s kidnapping. She prays to Lord Ganesh to show her the truth. Aarambhi then notices another phone of Avantika ringing. She realizes that Avantika has two phones and decides that she needs to get the phone Avantika just used so she can find out whether Avantika is behind the kidnapping.
Dhruv talks to Kunika over the phone. He tells her how Aarambhi gave a strong dose of medicine to the Tandon family. Kunika says that he had already told her Aarambhi is special. She further says that if Aarambhi had not married Vishwas, she would have thought about getting Dhruv married to her. Dhruv asks Kunika not to comment on his marriage and ends the call. He thinks that he came here to take revenge on the Tandon family, not to sort out Aarambhi’s life.
Aarambhi comes to her room and sees Vishwas complaining to Manju about her going on a bike ride with Dhruv. Manju notices Aarambhi and lashes out at her. She asks Aarambhi to come to her house immediately. Aarambhi agrees. Manju asks Vishwas to allow her to talk to Aarambhi at this hour, and Vishwas agrees. Aarambhi then goes to meet her family.
Dhruv talks to Kuldeep over the phone. They discuss making all the investors of Neo Pulse Hospital back out so that Dhruv can become the sole investor. Dhruv thinks that once this happens, the Tandon family will have no choice but to bow down before him.
Manju scolds Aarambhi for going on a bike with Dhruv to catch Vihaan’s kidnapper. She asks why Aarambhi could not have gone with her husband, Vishwas. Balbir scolds Manju and asks if she has lost her mind. He reminds her that Dhruv saved Aarambhi’s life and that they only went together to catch the kidnapper. He says they did nothing wrong.
Manju comments that Aarambhi’s arrogance will ruin her marriage, just as termites destroy wood. Seeing the termites gives Aarambhi an idea. She breaks off a piece of wood from the termite-infested table. Aarambhi apologizes to Manju and promises to be careful. When Manju asks why she is taking the piece of wood, Aarambhi says she has some work and leaves.
Aarambhi returns home. She thinks that if she places the termite-infested wood in Avantika’s room, she can call pest control the next day and get access to Avantika’s phone. Dhruv notices Aarambhi sneaking into Avantika’s room. Aarambhi quietly places the wood among Avantika’s clothes and is about to leave when she sees Avantika coming out of the washroom. She quickly hides.
Vishwas pulls Avantika onto the bed. Aarambhi hides and witnesses everything. Avantika worries that Aarambhi might see them together. Vishwas says that he deliberately called Aarambhi’s mother and instigated her so that she would call Aarambhi away. He tells Avantika that now they can enjoy their time together.
Aarambhi is disgusted. She thinks that Vishwas is a horrible man and vows never to let him get custody of her son. She feels angry that Vishwas and Avantika accuse her of ruining the family’s reputation while they themselves are behaving immorally.
Suddenly, Vishwas and Avantika hear a sound and become alert. Avantika asks who is in the room.
Outside, Dhruv worries that Aarambhi might get caught. He tells himself that he should stop thinking about her and focus on his mission. He also thinks that Aarambhi may already discover Vishwas and Avantika’s affair.
Avantika and Vishwas start searching the room. Aarambhi is almost caught when they hear someone banging on the door. Vishwas quickly hides. Avantika opens the door and finds Dhruv sleepwalking. She takes him back to his room. Taking advantage of the distraction, Vishwas leaves the room and Aarambhi secretly escapes. Dhruv notices her leaving safely and feels relieved.
Aarambhi thinks that if she discovers Vishwas and Avantika were behind Vihaan’s kidnapping, she will make sure they are punished. Vishwas later enters the room and sees Aarambhi pretending to sleep on the bed. He lies down on the sofa.
The next morning, Saniya cries because her clothes have been ruined. Dimple discovers that termites have damaged them. Avantika arrives there. Dimple asks Avantika to empty the cupboard and scolds the workers for not maintaining the house properly.
Avantika becomes worried because her secret phone is hidden inside the cupboard. She starts searching for the phone she used to contact the kidnapper. Aarambhi also arrives and offers to help by taking things out of the cupboard. Saniya asks what will happen to her belongings, and Aarambhi reassures her that she will get new clothes and toys if the old ones are damaged. Saniya thanks her.
Dimple blames Aarambhi for the mess and insists that she clean it. Avantika agrees to help as well. While cleaning, Avantika finds the phone, but Aarambhi notices it. She distracts Avantika and secretly takes the phone. Aarambhi then leaves, saying she has to prepare breakfast, and asks the workers to help Avantika. Soon, Avantika realizes that the phone is missing.
Standing before God, Aarambhi vows that she will destroy whoever kidnapped her son. She declares that if Avantika is responsible, she will not spare her. Dhruv watches from a distance and realizes that Aarambhi entered Avantika’s room to steal the second phone. He admires her courage but reminds himself to mind his own business. He then prays for the strength to destroy the Tandon family.

Precap: Aarambhi slaps Avantika and accuses her of kidnapping her son. She warns Avantika that she will call the police and have her arrested.
