The episode begins with Aparajita telling lawyer Mitali that she doesn’t want anyone to get insulted. And she is worried how her parents and Chandrabaga will face all this. Mitali says she can’t lie; everything will be solved easily. And Aparajita has to face many accusations. Aparajita says she trusts her truth. Mitali says the court wants proofs and witnesses, not truth. She asks whether anyone from Aparajita will support her. Ramgopal comes there with Avinash. He says he will come tomorrow. Avinash tells Aparajita that he is with her in this fight. Aparajita introduces her family to Mitali. Mitali asks whether Malti will give a statement against Lalit. Ramgopal says Malti decided to stay away from all this.
The next day, Aparajita goes to Ramgopal’s house and says she came to take blessings. Ramgopal blesses her. But Malti refuses to bless Aparajita. She says Aparajita chose a path that will give her pain and loneliness. Lalit comes there and takes Malti’s blessings. Malti says Lalit will win definitely. Neighbors agree with Malti. Malti tells Lalit she will accompany him. Ramgopal tells Malti that she said she wanted to stay away from all this. Malti tells him that he is supporting his daughter even though she chose the wrong path. So why can’t she go with Lalit when he chooses the right path? She leaves from there with Lalit and Chandrabaga.
On the other side, Vivaan tells Aradhya that he checked her social media account and learned she is a swimming champion. He says Aradhya should have posted many photos. Aradhya recalls how Pramila taunted her for posting photos in a swimming outfit. Vivaan asks her to come with him to the Maldives. She says Rakshit and Aparajita will come. Aradhya says she won’t come if Aparajita is coming then. She reveals today is the first court hearing of Aparajita’s divorce case. Vivaan gets shocked hearing this. He tells her he will meet her later and leaves from there.
Outside the court, Mitali asks Aparajita not to get scared and to show courage, or else they will lose the case. She goes inside. Rakshit comes there and says he came to say good luck. He asks her not to be nervous. He puts a bracelet on her hand. He says Arvind gave him this, and this is a good luck bracelet. And today Aparajita need this more than him. He leaves from there. Lalit asks his lawyer about the envelope he sent. The lawyer shows it and smirks. Lalit says the Diwali blast will happen today.
After some time, the court hearing begins. Mitali tells Judge that she wants to call Aparajita to the stand. Aparajita comes to the stand. Mitali asks Aparajita to say what happened all these four years. Aparajita says she doesn’t want to ruin anyone’s reputation, and she wants a divorce. And she doesn’t want any money or explanation. The lawyer calls Lalit to stand. Lalit tells the judge that Aparajita is his world and he doesn’t want a divorce. He pretends like crying. The lawyer asks Lalit to calm down. The judge says he usually saw women crying in the court. Mitali tells Aparajita to say something.

Our take: Aparajita should speak if she wants a divorce, then. And if she just kept thinking about others, then she should return to hell. How can Rakshit ask for Aparajita’s answer when he knows her state very well?
