The episode begins with Aparajita asking why she should save the relationship when she is not happy in it. Lalit’s lawyer asks her why she is not happy. Mitali tells Aparajita to tell the truth to Judge. Else Aparajita won’t get a divorce because the judge will believe Lalit’s acting. Aparajita thinks she can’t let lie win over truth. She tells the judge that she doesn’t have any other choice than telling the truth of her relationship. She says she is calm now because her tears are over. And she doesn’t want to cry anymore. She reveals Lalit used to beat her and abuse her. Lalit tells the judge that he just slapped Aparajita once and that too by mistake. And he apologized for that many times.
Aparajita asks whether Lalit can slap her just because she is his wife. She says Lalit burnt the saree that she was wearing. Lalit tells her that was her misunderstanding. His lamp fell off from his hand by mistake. Aparajita asks him why only he keeps making mistakes. She tells the judge that Lalit doesn’t like her going out and working. She says Lalit even broke her saree-weaving machine, so she doesn’t participate in the competition. And Lalit injured her fingers by stepping on it. Her family gets shocked hearing this.
Aparajita says Lalit stole the saree she made. Lalit asks her to stop lying. The lawyer asks Aparajita to give proof of her accusations. And Aparajita should have informed her mother at least. Aparajita says she did not tell anyone. And tolerated everything for four days because she did not want her family to get worried. But Lalit did not change, and the matter went beyond her control, so she left his house. The lawyer says only Aparajita is a witness for everything. Aparajita says her boss Rakshit is a witness. The lawyer says if he is not wrong, then Aparajita’s affair is going on with Rakshit. Aparajita and her family get shocked hearing this.
On the other side, Rakshit tells Dubey that he wants to go to court. He asks Dubey to cancel all of his meetings today. And asks which god fulfills the wish immediately. Dubey tells Rakshit that even God is busy.
Mitali asks the lawyer, “What is this?” The lawyer tells her that he is telling the truth. He tells the judge that Lalit doesn’t have wealth, so Aparajita decided to leave her poor Lalit to get rich Rakshit. And he has proofs to prove his accusations. He shows the hospital document in which Rakshit signed as husband. He tells the judge that Rakshit beat Lalit in the hospital. Mitali says Rakshit just helped Aparajita. The lawyer asks why the boss would help his employee.
Meanwhile, Sudha tells Arvind she is happy they are taking shagun to Aparajita’s house. Arvind tells her that they should inform Rakshit about it. Sheela says Sudha will regret it later. She asks Sudha to choose Ira for Rakshit. Because Ira matches their status. Sudha tells Sheela that Rakshit loves Aparajita, not Ira.
Malti screams this is wrong. The judge calls her to the witness box. Malti says she doesn’t want this relationship to end. And she knows Rakshit is just Aparajita’s friend. The lawyer says he has photos to prove Aparajita is a characterless woman and she has an illicit relationship with Rakshit. And Lalit is the victim in this case, not Aparajita.

Precap: Aparajita asks Rakshit whether he loves her. She shows his love letter to her. Rakshit accepts he loves her. He asks her what her answer is.
Our take: Lalit is really smart and cunning. So it won’t be easy for Aparajita to prove him wrong in the court. Hope she has any solid proof against Lalit or she can collect it.
