The episode starts with Arambhi sending Vishwas out of the room, telling him that his father is calling him. Vishwas goes out. Avantika tells Arambhi that she can’t stop her from revealing the truth, and if not now, then someday. Arambhi says Bappa is doing everything, not her.
Vishwas meets Suneel in the hall. Suneel asks the family members about Raj. Dimple says they kept Raj away from all the tension. Suneel says everyone knows that investors are refusing to invest in their hospital. Vishwas says he spoke to Sawan, and he said he would approve the grant if they performed some free surgeries. Suneel says that’s nothing for them. Nandita asks if they have become poor like Arambhi. Suneel asks her to speak positively. He says they shifted to Mumbai, and they have been facing many losses. Dimple blames Arambhi for everything. Vishwas says it’s about business, not family issues. Avantika says Dimple is right and that family matters affect the business’s image. Suneel scolds Dimple. Avantika says she didn’t mean Dimple. Dimple asks Suneel to calm down, saying they still have Dhruv as an investor. Suneel says that’s a relief and asks where the coffee he ordered is. Arambhi brings the coffee. Dhruv overhears everything, decides to tease them even more, and walks over to them.
Dhruv tells Suneel that he learned about what’s happening at the hospital. Suneel says all the investors backed out except him. Dhruv says he will always be there for them, and Naira’s family is also supporting them, so they shouldn’t worry. Arambhi serves coffee to Dhruv and says she knows he likes coffee, not tea, because she is a housewife before being a doctor and knows everyone’s likes and dislikes. Avantika waits for a chance to tell Vishwas that Arambhi knows about their affair. Dhruv tells Suneel not to let any scandal happen at home or at the hospital; otherwise, their reputation will be badly damaged. Avantika tells Arambhi that she can’t stop her from telling Vishwas the truth. Arambhi says she can reveal their affair directly to the media, and then she will become famous. She adds that if Avantika tells Vishwas the truth, she will go to the media and expose how Vishwas had an illegal affair with her and that they have a daughter, Saniya. Avantika asks if she is blackmailing her. Arambhi says she can do anything for her son. Dhruv watches everything from behind a pillar. Avantika says she will make Vishwas throw Arambhi out before Raj’s wedding, and he will divorce her. Arambhi says that before Raj’s wedding, Avantika will be the one thrown out of the house, and that’s a mother’s promise.

Arambhi and Avantika’s face-off has become the biggest highlight of the episode. While both are threatening each other, the precap hints that Suneel’s family’s hidden secret could change everything.
